With over thirty years of experience in finance and construction cost accounting, Brian is responsible for all financial aspects of the projects. Brian works closely with the Owner and Trade Contractors to ensure the timely coordination of the projects’ financial objectives.
Cristian Oniga, PEng, PhD
VICE PRESIDENT OPERATIONS
Cristian joined Toddglen in October 2015 as a Project Manager and was promoted to Vice President of Operations in January 2020. Cristian possesses over 30 years of construction experience and provides executive oversight to all aspects of construction.
Devin Hayward, PEng
Senior Estimator
With over twenty years in estimating and related fieldwork Devin ensures a realistic yet flexible approach is taken for budgeting and cost analysis. Devin is responsible for ensuring that our budgets and construction prices satisfy each client’s individual requirements.
Joe Frias
General Superintendent
Joe started with Toddglen in 1987 as a Site Foreman and steadily rose to Project Manager and is now our General Superintendent overseeing all Toddglen projects. Joe’s depth of knowledge on site operations is invaluable to a project’s success.
